Sitram Inc, a Canada based company, provides a wide range of products under various categories including industrial, hospitality and health care.

They have been in business for quite some time and have a loyal customer base. The brief for us was to design a simplified website for their users to easily explore, identify and order, or directly contact Sitram Inc, for buying their products.

An important consideration for the design was that their users were generally used to enquiring and ordering products offline, mostly via phone, and were not accustomed to the usual "e-commerce" experience.
