retail investor. With focus on tech and team expertise in
investment management, it offers high-return investments over
the entire real estate capital stack, from commercial real
estate ownership to high-yield debentures.
The
investments are sourced and screened by the team. They are
secured by the underlying real estate holdings across the
office, warehousing, co-living, co-working and residential
properties.
The Restack wanted to enhance its digital footprint. We took a deep dive into the world of fractional ownership of the real estate industry for comprehensive understanding and competitor study. We realised that awareness and trust are a few factors that are lacking. So we came up with a strategy that positioned The Restack as an expert. It involved using infographics to easily explain product offerings, explainer content pieces to break down technical jargon, and videos to showcase the investment process better. The goal was to make people aware and educated about the technicalities, what investing entails, as well as the salient features of such investment instruments.
