handle manual calls while human agents tackle complex
challenges in the real world. These agents can handle both
inbound and outbound calls with a latency of 250 to 400
milliseconds in an ideal environment.
Vodex brings
accuracy and personalization and even assists users in staying
compliant with necessary laws. Unicorn India Ventures, 100X
Ventures, and Pentathlon Ventures have backed Vodex, which has
raised $2 million in seed funding.
Vodex is a new-age brand that partnered with us to strengthen
and refine their storytelling for the US market, with the
Middle East and India as secondary focus regions. We created
explainer videos, use-case videos, announcement posts and
videos, and educational content that clarified Voice AI,
traditional tech, and compliance. We also developed a full ABM
strategy with personalized sequences, communication flows, and
cadences to help them engage a new audience. Alongside this, we
built key sales assets like decks and 2-pagers to support their
outreach.
We further simplified the structure and
messaging of several use-case pages and created supporting
assets designed to improve search visibility and performance.
